While I am prepared to consider anything within my competence, I imagine that assignments will typically relate to corporate occupational pensions. In particular, I am interested in disputes relating to bulk transfer values, pension accounting (FRS17 or IAS19). Relatively rare these days, compared to the 1970s, I’m prepared to look at complaints against insurers or alleged professional negligence. Being reasonably computer-literate, I will also consider disputes relating to computer software (but definitely not hardware).
